Test day car hire with Sara
On test day, Sara only offers a minimum 2 hour booking. One hour is for the test and the remaining time is used to recap what the pupil has learned.

2 Hour Booking

The 2 hour booking cost is £100 and payment is required in advance. This fee covers using your instructor's car on the day. The driving test fee must be paid separately.

Important test day information
Need a car for your driving test? Sara can provide an instructor car for the test when availability and safety requirements are met.
According to DVSA guidance, it is the instructor's professional and ethical obligation to ensure a candidate is a safe and competent driver before presenting them for a practical driving test. To be eligible for driving test day car hire, the candidate is required to pass a driving assessment. The minimum time to conduct this assessment is 2 hours.
What's included: dual-controlled vehicle, qualified instructor support, pre-test lesson, lesson around local test route areas, and pick-up/drop-off where agreed and practical. Last-minute and same-day bookings may be possible subject to availability.
